• Helping clients move around their home, and assisting with transfers and mobility devices

• Administering medication as prescribed by healthcare providers

• Helping clients with physical therapy exercises and other prescribed treatments

• Providing emotional support and companionship, including social interaction and conversation

• Observing and reporting changes in the client's health, behavior, or mood to healthcare providers

• Accompanying clients to appointments or outings according's there needs.
