1 Bedroom Apartment - $200.00

2 Bedroom Apartment - $250.00

Independent House - $300.00 

Advanced or Deep Cleaning for Individual Areas ( 1 to 2 hours):

Kitchen - $70

Each Bathroom - $50

Move-In, Move-Out Basic Cleaning for the entire House (4 to 6 hours):

Studio - $150.00

1 Bedroom Apartment - $200.00

2 Bedroom Apartment - $250.00

Independent House - $300.00 

Move-In, Move-Out Advanced or Deep Cleaning for the entire House (6 to 8 hours):

Studio - $200.00

1 Bedroom Apartment - $260.00

2 Bedroom Apartment - $330.00

Independent House - $400.00 

Cash or cashier's check works for me.

I work from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm everyday including weekends except Friday. No calls or emails or messages after 9:00 pm.
