Looking for a male roommate to share 2-bedroom apartment at the Xerxes Manor Apartments, located close to Edina - Southdale Mall, in Minneapolis from end of December 2024/first of January 2025.
Rent per person including Utility bill/ WiFi / Electricity bill would be around 750$
Have been staying here for almost 5 years, my roommate is moving to India for sometime so I am looking for new roommate. The house is fully furnished with all kitchen utensils to use.
