This session includes simple yet powerful tools to manifest health and vitality in one's body and life. The practices offered include:

  • Yoga Namaskar: A complete yogic process which activates the lumbar region and strengthens the muscles along the spine, regenerating and protecting the spine as one ages.
  • Nadi Shuddhi: A yogic practice that cleanses the nadis – the pathways through which pranic energy flows – resulting in a balanced system and psychological wellbeing.
  • Miracle of Mind Meditation: A 7-minute guided meditation empowering you to take charge of your mental wellbeing. Daily practice brings health, dynamism, peace and well being.
